During a Family Court hearing at the Polk County Justice Center on August 13, 2013, an audio recording of a telephone call was entered into evidence. The caller, whose identity is known by the Court, is heard warning me the State is going to take my children away.

The audio cannot be published by me per a Florida court order; but is public record.

Why is it significant the Court received such evidence?

Here's why.

In 2011 I (Timothy Charles Holmseth) began to receive telephone calls from out of state individuals that were upset about my reporting on the case of the missing child HaLeigh Cummings. Some of the callers identified themselves; some spoke into voice changers to disguise their identity.

They all said the same thing – stop what you’re doing or we are going to have your children taken away.

The callers were all very confident, and warned me the “The State” was going to take my children, "CPS" and “State prosecutors” were going to be all over me.

As previously reported, on December 12, 2012 East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad attempted to run a railroad on me, which was disrupted.

However – what hasn’t been reported…is this...

During a Family Court hearing in Roseau County, following the December railroad fiasco in Polk County, a lawyer from Thief River Falls made an interesting statement in open court.

Attorney Michael Mattocks, Charlson & Jorgenson Law Office, Thief River Falls, advised Honorable Donna Dixon he had been talking to East Grand Forks City Attorney Ronald Galstad. Mattocks advised the Judge that Galstad told him he had recently revoked my “Stay” of imposition.

Mattocks attempted to influence the Court with the information.

Mattocks was attempting to convince the Judge she should expand the powers of Matthew J. Petrovich, guardian ad litem, 9th Minnesota District. Mattocks wanted Petrovich to have the authority to suspend my parenting-time without coming before a Judge first (the request was denied).

Therefore - a State prosecutor (Galstad) was assiting a private attorney (Mattocks) that was attempting to move a State guardian ad litem (Petrovich) into a position that allowed him to unilaterally revoke parenting-time.

Why was the City Attorney for the City of East Grand Forks involving himself with my children? Ronald Galstad was the prosecutor for the “State” of Minnesota against me.

Is Galstad the State Attorney repeatedly referred to in the telephone calls I was receiving regarding my children?
